This is next to the other sign I posted earlier on a busy neighborhood street in Chicago. I loved it and wanted to share.

Recently I was walking my dogs in my neighborhood and came across this awesome sign. I had to stop and stare at it for a moment. Makes you think!
I was fortunate to be able to attend the Parrillo Performance Certification course earlier this year and finally meet John & his wife, Dominique, in person. They are the two nicest people! I learned so much and enjoyed my time in Ohio with the Parrillos. Thank you for everything you’ve done for me. I appreciate it so much. Oh, and John, nobody has EVER made me cry from training calves before in my life; so thanks a lot!
My client & friend, Melissa, came to support me at the 2013 IFBB Wings of Strength WPD. Melissa works her butt off in the gym and is such an awesome girl. I appreciate your support so much!
After a tough training session at Quads gym, Lynn is wearing my FITNESS ON FIRE shirt that reads “If you still look cute at the end of your workout, you didn’t train hard enough”. Lynn always looks cute.
My client, Jennifer, rocking one of my FITNESS ON FIRE shirts. Jennifer comes all the way from Rockford, IL, to Quads gym to get her butt kicked twice a week. Now that’s dedication!

Bill Clark after his wins at the Mid-Illinois Bodybuilding Championships-30 March 2013. What a cool set of trophies!
Bill Clark-Masters 35-44 Winner, Masters Overall Winner, Open Heavy Weight 2nd Place. Great work, Bill!
My client, Bill Clark, competed in the Mid-Illinois Bodybuilding Championships yesterday. Bill entered the Masters 35-44 Open and won his class AND the Overall Masters Award! He also entered the Open; competing in the Heavy Weight class. He placed 2nd in the Heavy Weights. I’m so proud of all his hard work! It was truly a pleasure to work with Bill and see his transformation along the way. Now we will prep for the Illinois State Championships in Chicago, IL, on May 11 & the Grand Prix Championships in Rockford, IL, on May 18th. Getting right back to it this week to make even more improvements. Go Bill!
